Students use critical thinking skills to plan and conduct research, manage projects, solve problems, and make informed decisions using appropriate digital tools and resources.

Identify and define authentic problems, and significant questions for investigation

Essential Question:
Would you be able to to change the world by changing the way you use energy? (Be prepared to defend your answer!)

  1. Watch the video as a whole class.
  2. In pairs - use your laptop to complete the energy challenge SAVE THE WORLD
  3. In pairs -  sketch a rough draft of tool of technology you would like to invent to help save our planet. Provide a 3-5 sentence description on your invention.
  4. Exit Ticket: Exchange your sketch/invention with a peer group. Write a constructive comment or question for your peers review. Please turn in your sketch to receive credit.
